Essex based, B Corp Certified distributor of promotional merchandise, Premier Print & Promotions has been sold to an employee owned trust.
Having started Premier in his teens, Jamie Marshall has placed Premier into a trust giving all employees a significant and meaningful stake in the business. This long-term exit strategy will see Jamie continuing to play a prominent role in Premier’s day-to-day operations for the next decade.
Jamie said “Premier’s my baby, it hasn’t really sunken in yet. They’ve not got rid of me yet though, I’ve got a good few years of graft on my hands now! But this is the perfect way to reward the hard work and loyalty of the team and maintain the legacy of Premier for the next generation of owners.”
Following recent, successful completion of their 13th acquisition Premier welcome confidential conversations with other owner distributors looking to exit the industry.
As it enters it’s 30th year, Premier has grand plans. Ambitious charity pledges, further acquisitions, new services, collaborations, further investment in compliance and sustainability plus a big birthday party to throw. 😉
